Basically, luxury homes are homes that are valued at roughly half a million dollars or more. Some luxury homes are golf course homes, other homes are types of foreclosures, and overall, finding the right home is difficult, but the look of luxury homes can make it even more difficult.
One of the best places to buy top quality homes is St. George, Utah, which is located about 117 miles northeast of Las Vegas. St. George was actually founded as a cotton mission back in 1861 under the direction of Brigham Young, a famous name in Utah and the President of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
St. George is also the warmest part of Utah, and has a subtropical climate complete with long, hot summers and chort, cool winters. In addition, SkyWest Airlines is headquartered in St. George, and as such is the primary airline provider at the city’s airport.
For the most part, Utah is a great place to buy quality homes. Due to the housing crisis of the late 2000s, there were many types of foreclosures that rendered luxury homes to go on the market at an extreme discount. Many people were fortunate enough to obtain those top notch homes for cheap, but even though the housing system has recovered, there are still great luxury homes in St. George, and many of them are more affordable than ever. I moved to Utah a couple years ago and was so lucky to find a house that had been foreclosed upon. It was a really nice family home, and since I had a great job and money saved up, I bought it right away and now I love it.
